I design a comprehensive plan based on your goals, ensuring a balanced approach to training. Both the running and strength workouts are delivered through the Training Peaks app, providing integration and overall training load monitoring.

This package is for runners looking for a strength program to compliment their running, and is desigend to help runners increase their performance and prevent injury. The gym program is tailored to your needs and periodized based off your running race schedule. The program is delivered via the Training Peaks app.
